FarrierHub Solo

Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-03-17

Applies to: FarrierHub Solo beta trial access and future one-time purchase

This policy keeps the purchase path clear and predictable while beta and production access are managed separately.

1) Policy intent

FarrierHub Solo is currently in beta and available through 14-day beta trial access only. One-time purchase checkout is planned for production launch. This policy defines how refunds are handled once purchases are available.

2) Standard rule

  • During beta, no product purchase refunds apply because one-time checkout is not open.
  • After production checkout opens, purchases are generally non-refundable after beta trial completion and checkout.

3) Refund exceptions

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase
  • Confirmed billing errors
  • Material technical failure that prevents normal use, when FarrierHub support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable support window

4) Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind after purchase when trial access was available
  • Requests based on features not currently advertised as available
  • Inability to use the product due to unsupported device/browser environment when documented requirements are not met

5) How to request a refund

Contact support and include:

  • Purchase email and order reference
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Steps already attempted (if technical)

Support contact: hello@farrierhub.app

6) Review and response

  • FarrierHub reviews requests case-by-case under this policy.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing timelines depend on payment provider and bank/card networks.

7) Chargebacks and disputes

Customers should contact FarrierHub support before filing a chargeback so issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.

8) Policy updates

FarrierHub may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the website at time of purchase governs that order unless otherwise required by law.

9) Legal and regional rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under local law.
