Terms

Applies to: FarrierHub Solo website, beta trial access, and future production purchases

These terms define the operating rules for using FarrierHub Solo during beta and after production checkout opens.

1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or trialing FarrierHub Solo during beta, and by purchasing once production checkout is available, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2) Product and license scope

  • FarrierHub Solo is licensed, not sold.
  • During beta, access is provided through trial-only use and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • At production launch, purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased major version for your business operations.
  • The license is intended for the purchaser's own use and may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed.

3) Trial terms

  • FarrierHub Solo is currently in beta and offered through a 14-day beta trial.
  • During beta, trial availability, duration, and feature scope may be updated at any time.
  • Trial use does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

4) Pricing and payment

  • During beta, one-time purchase checkout is not available.
  • Planned production pricing for FarrierHub Solo is USD $249 one-time, unless changed and published before production checkout opens.
  • When checkout opens, payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider/MOR.
  • Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on billing location and legal requirements.

5) Upgrades and updates

  • At production launch, purchase includes perpetual access to the purchased major version.
  • Minor and patch updates for that major version are included.
  • Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades.
  • No subscription is required to continue using the purchased version.

6) Refunds

Refund handling follows the published Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy governs refund eligibility and process.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of law
  • attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service integrity
  • reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute protected portions of the product beyond rights granted by law
  • use the service to process or transmit unlawful content

8) Data responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter.
  • You are responsible for your own backup/export practices where tools are provided.
  • You should avoid storing highly sensitive personal data unless legally required.

9) Intellectual property

FarrierHub and related software, branding, content, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of FarrierHub and its licensors.

10) Service changes and availability

FarrierHub may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

11) Warranty disclaimer

FarrierHub Solo is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarrierHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, FarrierHub's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for FarrierHub Solo for the claim period.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FarrierHub harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.

14) Termination

FarrierHub may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction unless otherwise required by non-waivable consumer law. Jurisdiction and venue details are finalized in the current published terms.

16) Changes to these terms

FarrierHub may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at time of purchase/use applies unless otherwise required by law.
